Collingwood Insurance Company Limited (CICL) was established in 2003 for the purpose of underwriting competitive motor insurance cover for Public and Private Hire Vehicles for both the owner/driver and taxi fleet operator.

We are an EEA insurer based in Gibraltar where the company is regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC Reg. No. 89988). CICL is also a member of the Association of British Insurers (ABI). Collingwood Insurance Company Limited has underwritten in excess of £35 million of premiums in the U.K. and Ireland.

Collingwood Insurance Company Limited operates throughout the UK using a network of established insurance intermediaries. The business is overseen and supported by our UK servicing agent Collingwood Administration (UK) Ltd which provides administrative, marketing and I.T. support for CICL’s long term fleet insurance product range in the taxi industry and motor fleet business.
